Front office, owned, not rented

The Front Office Toolkit.

Capture every customer, run intake without paper, and never drop a follow-up. Modular, owned, themed to your business.

Everything between a lead coming in and a customer being taken care of, owned by you and themed to your brand. Ten containers across Foundation, Capture, Relationships, Insight, and Support. Pick the containers that fit how you sell; we configure the build and hand over the source at the end.

What this is, what this is not

A front office that fits your business. Not a CRM you rent per seat.

The toolkit runs the operational front office: intake, the customer record, the pipeline, and the follow-ups. It deliberately stays out of accounting, email marketing blasts, and help-desk ticketing you rent per agent. It replaces the spreadsheets, paper intake forms, sticky-note follow-ups, and per-seat CRM subscriptions you use today.

This is

  • A modular front-office toolkit
  • Containers you turn on as you need them
  • Brand-themed to your business
  • Owned by you at handoff: source, data, documentation
  • Often pays for itself by consolidating the per-seat subscriptions it replaces

This is NOT

  • An accounting or invoicing system
  • An email marketing platform
  • A per-agent help desk you rent forever
  • A subscription you rent forever

The containers

Hosting, ownership, and what you pay after handoff

You pick the platform. We build on it. You own it.

  • You choose where it runs. Your AWS account, your Azure account, or open-source and self-hosted. We build to the platform you want, not the one that pays us.
  • The only ongoing bill is your own usage, paid to the provider. On AWS or Azure that is metered usage billed directly by Amazon or Microsoft, usually modest for a single-business tool. On an open-source, self-hosted setup it can be close to nothing. AC5 Labs does not resell hosting, mark it up, or sit between you and your provider.
  • No AC5 Labs platform fee. No seat licenses. No renewal. Once we hand over the source, the data, and the documentation, the build is yours and nothing from us keeps billing.
  • Maintenance is on call, not on retainer. When you want a change or a fix, you call us, we quote it, and we do it. An optional standby maintenance line is available, never required, never auto-renewed.
  • You are not signing up to run a data center. We hand over something documented and stable, on the platform you chose, with a recorded walk-through. Most owners touch the infrastructure rarely, and call us when they do.

FAQ

The questions buyers ask first.

Is this an accounting system?

No. It runs the front office: intake, the customer record, the pipeline, and follow-ups. Invoicing and books stay in your accounting tool. We can export to it.

Will it replace my email marketing tool?

No. It logs and sends individual messages from your provider. Mass marketing campaigns stay where they are.

Where is the data hosted?

Your choice: your AWS or Azure account, or open-source and self-hosted. You pay your provider directly for usage; we do not resell hosting.

What happens if AC5 Labs disappears?

You own the source code, the database, and the documentation. Any competent developer can pick it up.

Can I add containers later?

Yes. The toolkit is modular. A new container slots into the same Foundation baseline and theme.

Does it integrate with the tools I already use?

Yes, through import and export with common tools. We scope the specific connections in the quote.

Tell us about your front office.

30-minute discovery call. We come back inside 48 hours with a written, fixed-fee quote and a fixed timeline. If your current stack is the right answer, we will say so on the call.
