CRM

A regional services firm replaces a per-seat CRM with an owned customer database

Before

A 35-person services firm was paying for a CRM where 8 of 12 fields did not apply, and 3 fields they actually used had to live in custom-properties. Adoption was ~40%. The owner ran sales out of a spreadsheet instead.

We built

A custom customer database with the fields the firm actually uses, follow-up reminders tied to their real sales cadence, and a pipeline view that matches how the team actually moves deals. 5-week build, fixed fee.

After

Adoption above 90% within the first month. Three SaaS line items retired from the stack. The owner runs the Monday pipeline meeting out of the new tool instead of the spreadsheet.

Job board

A field-service operator replaces sticky notes with an owned job board

Before

A field-service crew tracked active jobs in group texts, sticky notes on the office wall, and a shared Google Sheet that nobody trusted. Two to three jobs slipped per month; invoicing lagged by 10 to 14 days.

We built

A custom job board with stage-aware workflow, invoice triggers tied to the right stages, and overdue flags. Built in 6 weeks on tools the office already paid for.

After

Slipped-job rate dropped to near zero. Invoicing lag down to 2 to 3 days. The owner sees every active job on one screen instead of three places.

Dashboard

A multi-location operator replaces a BI subscription with an owned owner dashboard

Before

An operator with four locations was paying for a BI tool that nobody opened, and emailing the bookkeeper every Monday for the numbers. Cash visibility was always 4 to 5 days stale.

We built

An Owner Dashboard with the eight numbers the owner actually wanted to see, refreshed daily, on the device the owner already used. 3-week build.

After

The BI subscription got cancelled. The Monday email got cancelled. The owner sees current numbers before 7 AM every day, including weekends.
